![]() It is heavily implied that "Gabriel" is Satan in disguise and alternates are demons.Gabriel states that Dave has already done its bidding and laughs maniacally. Dave fearfully says to Gabriel that he is not real and that he didn't accomplish anything. Gabriel then calls him a fool, claiming that he lived his life completely clueless, and says his existence meant nothing. Gabriel appears behind Dave Lee, who was going to the church, and says that the stage was set for him yet he followed the shepherd. ![]() Gabriel first appears behind a tree in the Garden of Eden before the scene cuts to a thick cloud of fog which clears into an apple (the forbidden fruit). "Gabriel" is physically seen in the post-credits scene, where he slowly fades in next to a statue of Christ's crucification, foreshadowing a future episode. It's implied that Mark had succumbed to M.A.D as he wrote in the book, as seen by the multiple scribbles in the book, preceded by the message "Who have I been praying to all this time?", implying that Mark had found out about "Gabriel" taking over Christianity and lost all hope after that. "Gabriel" is referenced in Mark's book of reaffirmations, in which he wrote down his prayers during the last days of his life. With subtitles on, the following can be be read: ' "2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no wonder! For Satan disguises himself as an angel of light." ' The first hint at Gabriel's true identity. "Gabriel" says he won't even realize it has taken form until he sees it, where it will then give Noah a message, his last message. "Gabriel" appears before Noah to punish him for constructing the Ark by having him bring another creature onto the boat, claiming that he won't notice at first but to wait until he feels a change in his mind. They make a brief appearance when they are used as the reference for Type Two: Detectable Alternates. The only known appearance of "Gabriel" in modern times is in the original THINK Principle video. The black box slowly disappears and "Gabriel" 's true appearance is revealed. ![]() "Gabriel" meets with the shepherds, their face still censored, claiming to be the one true savior, knowing what they love and dread. ![]()
